Usually the car owner is told to wash their car, but sometimes someone gets funny and writes a funny message just as this one. If all else fails the artist/tagger just draws a large penis. Either way it's all funny.
BUSE side bar... This is blog #98! Two more until 100 and designs are in for our t-shirts to celebrate the feat.
